Craving an extraordinary journey? The Lean In Bali Yoga and Meditation project is led by professional yoga instructors, allowing volunteers from various countries around the world to experience authentic yoga.
This project combines teaching and yoga activities every day. The teaching sessions are from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., and the yoga sessions are from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. After the yoga practice, fresh fruits and local characteristic tea will be provided. Yoga practice can thoroughly relax your body and mind, enabling your spirit to return to nature.
Practicing yoga can not only maintain physical and mental health but also enhance people's sense of happiness. It can also strengthen the body and prolong people's lifespan. Purifying the mind and comprehending the true meaning of life during the process of yoga practice are precisely among the purposes of this activity.
A peaceful town near Ubud ,take 15 minites drive to Ubud, easily access to sightseeings.
